Repairs

If you've got a damaged locomotive, a broken piece of track or a defective controller, bring it into our workshop in Redcar and we'll aim to fix it for you. In the event we can't fix it on site, we can send this away to be fixed on your behalf.

Replacements

If you have an item that is broken beyond repair, or simply costs more to repair it than to replace it, consider replacing it from our extensive range we have in our shop.

Warranty

If you've noticed that your locomotive is damaged and you've had it less than 6 months, then it's likely that it is still covered by its warranty. You'll need to return it to the shop from which it was purchased. If your model is under ten years old, then we'd recommend contacting the original manufacturer. Reputable brands are usually very good at supplying the spare parts necessary to complete repairs under warranty.
